Peter Firth is a writer.

Specifically, he’s been a news reporter, a magazine editor, a copywriter, and a brand strategist. His career has been about one thing turning complicated information into convincing words. Ones that sell products, services, and ideas.

In 2021 Peter founded Evelyn. As editorial director, he helps entrepreneurs and leadership teams unlock new market opportunities.

Previously, he led creative strategy programmes for The Economist Group. Peter also worked at Monocle. As news editor, he commissioned and wrote global affairs, business, and lifestyle stories. Before that, he ran the thought leadership division of The Future Laboratory.

Sometimes Peter is invited to talk about things in the media. He’s been a guest in news programmes on Bloomberg TV and the BBC. His words have appeared in titles such as the Times, the Guardian, the Financial Times and the Evening Standard.
